The Java Virus

Agent_SmithI’d like to share a revelation that I’ve had during my time at Salesforce.com. It came to me when I tried to classify Java and I realized that it’s not actually a programming language. Every other programming language on this planet develops a natural equilibrium with the cerebral capacity of the programmers who use it but Java does not. When used in an area it multiplies and multiplies until every system resource is consumed and the only way the system can survive is to spread to another host. There is an organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Java is a disease, a cancer of this profession. It is a plague and we are the cure.
